The heat is on in NYC, so we can understand why Rihanna has been wearing as little clothes as possible this week!

First the R&B songstress was sporting the “no pants” look, and now she is donned in a low-cut black maxi-dress. The paps caught the 23-year-old as she was exiting her hotel in the big apple while surrounded by throngs of screaming fans. RiRi topped the look off with a cute bandana in her hair as well as some chic shades.
