Super Junior & Big Bang at K-Pop

Which is more popular, Super Junior or Big Bang? In the arena of K-pop music industry, rivalry Super Junior and Big Bang is not secret anymore. Quite difficult to determine who the most popular of the two giant groups.

The reason, both Super Junior and Big Bang had a considerable fan base in Asia and abroad. MTV Korea also said it's idol group competition both among the most fierce among K-Pop idol group.

These results obtained from the online voting "SBS MTV's Best of the Best Awards 2011" from 28 November. In the category "Top Rival", fight "Super Junior vs. Big Bang" received the highest voting results as much as 55.74 percent. They managed to defeat the "Girls' Generation vs Wonder Girls" which earned a total of 15:31 percent of the vote. While in third place there is "2PM vs. Beast" which earned 17.83 percent of the vote.

In total there are 13 categories of awards presented. Among Best New Artist, Top Rival, Global Star, Artist of the Year, Best Male, Best Female, Hot Debut Star and others. All categories were broken down into three segments, namely "Music Video", "Live" and "Idol Theme".

Best Newcomer artist won by Boyfriend, Artist of the Year while disabet by TVXQ. In this event SHINee was ordained as the Best Global Artist, while the Big Bang won the category "Boy Group" with Girls' Generation in the category of "Girl Group".
