After stuffing mix, place one cabbage leaves in front of you and put 1 / 4 cup stuffing in the left. And wrap tightly. In heavy pot Dutch oven place the cabbage leaves in a pot leave some space between each. Because when they start to cook they will expand and you want to cook rice. Among all the leaves and place in a pot filled with water and add the lamb shank.
3. Cook cabbage leaves on low heat for one hour. You do not want high heat for leaving the cabbage will be torn. After they serve is cooked immediately.
