St. Patrick's Day Recipes - Are you tired for dinner St. Patrick's Day? Boiled potatoes, steamed cabbage over, and corned difficult, if so try a new recipes. This will be a favorite for your family. I recommend make a simple recipes, but very tasty.

This is what you need:


2 pounds ground beef

1 large onion, chopped

2 large carrots, chopped,

2 stalks celery, chopped

1 pound lamb shank

4 Tbs. Cow Grain

1 cup raw rice

2 Tbs. . Worcestershire Sauce

Salt and Pepper to taste

2 qts. . cold water

£ 1 3 heads green cabbage

1. In a large pot of boiling water add the trimmed and cored cabbage and cook until soft, 15 minutes. Remove from water and set aside to cool.

2. In a large bowl add beef, rice, chopped carrots, onions, and celery, and seasonings. Mix well with wooden spoon or using your hands.

After stuffing mix, place one cabbage leaves in front of you and put 1 / 4 cup stuffing in the left. And wrap tightly. In heavy pot Dutch oven place the cabbage leaves in a pot leave some space between each. Because when they start to cook they will expand and you want to cook rice. Among all the leaves and place in a pot filled with water and add the lamb shank.

3. Cook cabbage leaves on low heat for one hour. You do not want high heat for leaving the cabbage will be torn. After they serve is cooked immediately.

Instructions:
Ground lamb or pork can be substituted

If you have tomatoes, diced tomatoes whole can be poured from the top of the cabbage leaves for a nice sauce.
