San Francisco - CEO Microsoft, Steve Ballmer confirmed it will launch Windows 8 in 2012. This was later denied by Microsoft officials.
"There seems to be a false statement. We welcome the latest generation of Windows 7 which will come in the next year," wrote Microsoft, told ZDNet (5/29/2011).
"In the meantime, we have not issued a formal announcement linked the name and time of arrival of Windows next generation," he added.
Ballmer also use the 'Windows 8 ' operating system. "You will hear a lot about Windows 8, whether it is tablet, PC or other variations," said Ballmer.
Microsoft reportedly ready to bring the tablet version of the Windows operating system next week, in an event.
Microsoft does not comment on rumors. Especially after other newspapers said, the OS for the tablet will be holding a Tegra microprocessor.
