Doctors have tested a promising cancer therapy with a vaccine, they brought the immune system of mice to tumor cells selectively destroy.

For this they put a genetically modified virus that triggered a strong immune response in animals against the cancer cells. Healthy tissue was spared severe side effects were not observed.
