Separated from Cy Waits, Paris Hilton was caught on camera in the car with Todd Philips. Reported by Daily Mail, Paris and Todd were seen when leaving Chateau Marmont Hotel, Hollywood, California.

Paris was smiling and laughing, she and Todd have been friends a long time actually. Paris was rumored to be featured in Todd latest movie, "The Hangover Part II".

"I announced that Paris Hilton and Cy Waits had ended their relationship," said Paris spokeswoman. "This is a joint decision and resolved well. They both respect each other and care about each other and hope that people respect their privacy."
