Court records show the couple Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have officially divorced.
The court records show the divorce judge ruled on Nov. 22. The couple had reached an agreement that is recorded in a document 103 pages thick.
Court records did not explain in detail regarding the custody of their children who are 3 years old Bronx.
Simpson is a singer sister Jessica Simpson. He has released three albums and appeared in Melrose Place series recycling.
The band Wentz, Fall Out Boy has been frozen since 2010. The 32-year-old singer is now a member of the band Black Cards.
