Saffron, the spice from Crocus sativu flower. Saffron referred to as a drug that could treat more than 90 types of disease.

Saffron has a unique taste slightly bitter and aromatic. The existence of a chemical called Picrocrocin and safranal. Saffron contains crocin, a carotenoid dye that makes food a golden yellow. In traditional medicine, saffron is used as remedies for various diseases.

Substance crocin, safranal, and Picrocrocin of saffron, has anticancer ability of being able to inhibit the growth of human cancer cells. Here are the benefits of saffron:
