Cameron Diaz Hopes Young Hollywood Stars to Work Harder

Cameron Diaz is an actress who seriously pursue the art. Cameron hopes to emulate for young people forward.

"It drives me nuts when I realized most people do not have a good work ethic," says Cameron. "If you want to work here (Hollywood), work hard. I say to young people today."

Cameron also asked that parents, especially in America for not allowing their children to a luxurious life style. According to Cameron, young people today have the soul of a credit card. In the past, Cameron had to work hard for the money if you want to buy an item.

"From start to age 33 to below it, the kids had no idea what it's like to work hard and in a business where I work, you will not be able to evolve if it was not willing to work hard. You need hard work to make a movie."
