As planned, Lady GaGa has opened his Christmas gift shop, GaGa's Workshop, at Barneys Department Store in New York, Monday, November 21. Grand Opening for the night, the singer of the single "Marry the Night" was wearing a Chanel dress Karl Lagerfeld designs combined with snow white hair ornaments, Chanel handbags, gloves and pearl necklaces.
"This is a moment in the story of 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'," says GaGa. "We want this store packed fun, full of the elements of art and fashion. Christmas came early. Christmas is today."
Grand Opening GaGa's workshop was enlivened with the attraction of the dancers and street artists. During the opening, the artists sang GaGa hits like "The Edge of Glory" and "Born This Way". Also present at the event ie GaGa mother, Cynthia Germanotta, and two stars of "Gossip Girl" Blake Lively and Matthew Settle.
"GaGa's Workshop" selling a wide range of Christmas gifts such as beauty products, toys, clothing, books, CDs, candy and chocolate. GaGa develop the project in cooperation with the Barneys New York, Mugler fashion house creative director, Nicola Formichetti, creative assistant of Eli Hamaide Sudbrack and Christopher Pierson of Assume Vivid Focus. 25 Percent of the profits will be donated to the Born This Way Foundation, a newly formed foundation GaGa in early November.
