A study has found that yoga, particularly Iyengar yoga good for the recovery of patients with breast cancer.

For two years, participants were asked to fill out questionnaires about their physical and mental health when he joined the Iyengar Yoga classes in 10 weeks.

Once collected, the data was then analyzed and found that after participating in yoga, 94 people feel their quality of life improved, 88 percent feel more physically fit, 87 percent happier, and 87 percent said they do not quickly feel tired.

Treatment of breast cancer is known to make women feel sick, tired, and depressed.
