Must be nice to be a gorgeous woman -- because "Boardwalk Empire" star Paz de la Huerta pulled off the impossible this weekend in Beverly Hills ... borrowing MONEY from a HOMELESS person.

The wheelchair-bound man loaned it to her for a photo op, and the actress gave it right back -- but still ... we doubt he'd be so accommodating if Paz had a penis.
